Implied consent law (ACA § 5-65-202) means all drivers in Arkansas consent to BAC testing. Refusing the test: 180-day suspension for first refusal. Second refusal within five years: two-year suspension. Third: three-year revocation. Fourth: lifetime revocation. Refusal is admissible in court.
