This is the most direct way to find whether someone was booked on a DUI or DWI charge in Sebastian County.

The Sebastian County Adult Detention Center is at 801 South A Street in Fort Smith, one block from the main sheriff's office. The detention center holds booking photographs (mugshots), current inmate rosters, charge information, bond status, and release dates. These records are public and available on request.
